Text Message Terms
The program
Shine Solutions sends text messages to people who request an estimate or book with us and opt in. There are two separate, optional programs:
- Service messages: about your estimate request, scheduling, appointment reminders and service updates.
- Marketing messages: occasional offers, plan discounts and seasonal cleaning reminders.
How you opt in
When you check the box for either program on our estimate form and submit it, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Shine Solutions at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase: you can get an estimate and use our services without opting in.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Service messages depend on your estimate and appointments; marketing messages are occasional. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. We’ll send one final message confirming you’re unsubscribed. You can also tell us another reasonable way, such as calling (435) 485-7727, and we’ll honor it. To start receiving texts again, reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change your number
Before you give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it or let us know, so we don’t text whoever gets that number next.
Privacy
We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Requesting an estimate is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. Prices depend on your home and are confirmed with you before any work is scheduled.
Offers, plans and guarantees
Plan discounts and other offers on this site apply as described when you book, and may change or end at any time. Guarantee terms, including the Shine Guarantee and our rain guarantee, are explained when you book.
Reviews
Customer reviews on this site are excerpts of public Google reviews, shown with the reviewer’s first name and last initial.
Our content
The Shine Solutions name, logo, photos and website content belong to Shine Solutions or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without our written permission.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is” and may contain errors or change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Shine Solutions isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This covers use of the website only; the terms for any service we perform are agreed when you book.
